Technical Service Agreements

CIS provides Technical Service Agreements(TSA) for one(1) year with the purchase of a new system. TSA extensions are available for each subsequent year of ownership based on an annual rate. If you would like to extend or renew your Technical Service Agreement please contact on of our support representatives.  

Warranties

 With the purchase of a new system, CIS warranties all hardware for one(1) year under our Technical Service Agreement(TSA).
